1 bed & 1 + 1 bed apartments

For Sun Tower, there are 6 variations of one bedroom apartments. The 1 bedroom apartments (no study) range from 77 to 98.5 sqm, whereas the 1+1 or 1 bedroom + study apartments start at 94.2 sqm and go up to 102.4 sqm. Typically, the layout of the apartment’s provide for spacious foyer entries, with the guest bathroom and open plan kitchen on either side of each other. The kitchens open into the dining room area on one side, and the bedroom on the other. In the 1 bedroom + study apartments, a small partitioned study area is provided. All one bedroom apartments come with a bath and inbuilt cupboards.

There are two types of 1 bedroom apartment in Sky Tower, one at 86.8 sqm and a much larger one bedroom at 102 sqm. The smaller apartment is more traditional in its layout, with a large foyer entry and the kitchen behind the master bedroom and separated away from the dining and living area. The larger apartment is more modern and open plan with a magnificent living area protruding out from the building surrounded by glass on all three walls providing great views whilst adding a real sense of space.

It should be noted that no apartments in Sun or Sky Tower have external balcony areas.

2 bed & 2 + 1 bed apartments

For Sun Tower, there are 2 variations of the standard 2 bedroom apartments, and 3 variations of the larger 2 bedroom + study apartments. The 2 bedroom apartments range from 120.8 sqm to 135.7 sqm, whereas the 2 bedroom + sitting area apartments are closer to 145.4 sqm to 157.8 sqm. Each apartment variation is similar in layout to the one bedroom apartments with the addition of a second bedroom separating the living areas from the master bedroom and dining room. For the two bedroom apartments, the master bedrooms come with a walk-in-wardrobe, en suites and double bassinettes, and the living rooms are wider to accommodate clearly separated living and dining areas. For the two bedroom + sitting area apartments, the size of the sitting area / study is larger and better integrated with the foyer entry and living areas.

For Sky Tower, the two bedroom apartments are similar in layout to those in Sun Tower but are slightly more accommodating, ranging in size from 124.3 sqm to 159.7 sqm. The main difference comes down to the functionality and versatility of the third room. In Sun Tower this room is more equipped as a study whereas in the more up-market Sky Tower, this third room can be used as either a study, a utility room or as a maids room as a separate bathroom / showering facility is provided.

3 bed apartments

For Sun Tower, the 3 bedroom apartments are situated at either end of the buildings core floor plate ensuring that views and aspect are far more varied than those of the 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The 3 bedroom apartments vary in size from 164.8 sqm to 183.2 sqm. There are 4 variations of the 3 bedroom apartments on offer, all having en suites with baths, some having walk-in wardrobes, but all coming with maids rooms, and extensive open plan central living / dining room areas. With every variation, the bedrooms sit on either side of the central living areas. The maid’s area connects with the back of the kitchens affording well designed privacy and functionality.

For Sky Tower, you can have the choice of a standard three bedroom apartment or one of 2 variations of the three bedroom + study or three bedroom + utility room layouts. These apartments vary from 183.1 sqm to 195.7 sqm depending on the floor plate.

4 + 1 bed apartments

In Sky Tower, three variations of a 4 bedroom + study apartment have been designed, ranging in size from 222.6 sqm to a large 240.3 sqm. One of these variations has a protruding glass room from the living room whilst the stunning 240.3 sqm apartment has this glass room protruding from the master bedroom for those choosing to wake up to 250 degree plus vistas.

4 bedroom penthouses & duplex penthouses

For Sun tower, there are two main penthouse variations. Suits 01 and 03 that reside at each end of the building floor template (size 329.1 sqm), and Suits 02 and 04 that spill across the central building floor template. This center variation has a much larger floor area of 385.9 sqm, utilizing this additional space by providing a separate study, very large living area and offering two separate entries from the elevator floor lobby. One of these entries leads directly to the bedroom zone and the other to the living areas. Both these living and sleeping quarters are separated by an internal doorway.

For the end suites of 01 and 03, these 4 bedroom penthouses also have en suites and walk-in wardrobes provided in some variation or another to each bedroom. The penthouses all have double maid facilities.

In Sky Tower the concept of a four bedroom penthouse is taken to the next level, literally, with two variations of a 4 bedroom duplex penthouses afforded for the discerning resident. These two story duplex penthouses vary in size from 562.6 sqm to 559.7 sqm. Both are designed to incorporate double voided entries and living spaces, with separate breakfast and dining areas. The Suite 02 and 05 variation is slightly smaller and more traditional or conservative in its design incorporating the use clean lines, the provision of a piano area, an upstairs boudoir along with a separated upstairs kitchenette. The larger 03 and 06 suits are much more contemporary, employing the use of curves rather than linear lines in the design of its open living areas. This penthouse comes with variations such as a dedicated bar, a more open style kitchen and breakfast area, along with an expansive upstairs living area connecting to the bedrooms upstairs.

6 + 1 bed duplex penthouses

There are no 6 bedroom penthouses in Sun Tower.

Sky Tower however has two 6 bedroom Penthouse variations for those seeking the ultimate in luxury apartment living. Even though both penthouses have internal staircases accessing two floors, Suite 01 is referred to as a 6 bedroom + 1 (study) penthouse whist Suite 04 is referred to as a 6 bedroom + 1 (Study) Duplex Penthouse. Both are magnificent in their size and appointments, ranging from 795.4 sqm (suite 01) to 827.4 sqm (Suite 04) in size.

From the entry, these penthouses open into an extensive double height living area with separate breakfast, dinning, media and study areas leading off from this central space. The main kitchen is to the right of the entry and the 6th bedroom on the other side. Up the stairs is an additional kitchenette area with an open family room, with all 5 bedrooms leading out to the sides. The master bedroom has a stunning sky bath leading from the master bathroom for the ultimate in relaxation. Both these penthouse variations are contemporary and open in their design, with the main difference between Suite 01 and Suite 04 being that the later is slightly larger with bedrooms 2 and 6 having those magnificent protruding glass rooms extending away from the building facade.
